Shipping You will be notified by email of shipping date and expected delivery. Shipping and handling charges are $5 per order for our standard 3 - 4 day delivery throughout the USA. Express 1 to 2 day delivery service is available within the USA, depending on time of order, availability of merchandise and destination. Express delivery shipping and handling charges are $15 per order. Shipping charges for international orders will vary by country. Billing Folia does not accept credit cards. You may pay with a personal check or by COD (if the order is destined for the USA). COD does involve extra USPS charges. Contact us if you have questions.
